really dude i dont believe your in mma nealster... because if you where and had a great coach you would learn that you should fight in the gym only but if you have to fight out side for deffence only ive been in mixed martial art\'s for 6 years and been in regular martial arts sence i was 6 either your all talk or you have a really bad perspective,. but these guy\'s where good and new exactly what they where talking about
