What kind of school has a uniform with horizontal stripes? My guess is, it\'s a borstal (reformatory). That would also explain why someone in an official-looking uniform (not necessarily a cop) was close at hand. Fairly decent beat-down. Amazing the one tries to hold onto his shirt while fighting!
