I guess school uniform rules require keeping the entire uniform on, including the tie, during a fight. There couldn\'t be any other explanation for anything that dangerous. When the teacher said, \"Carry on,\" I suppose she checked and saw they both had their ties on, so now the fight could continue. Too bad the video ended there.
